This warranty covers everything from engine and transmission issues to electrical and appliance malfunctions. With this extensive coverage, you can confidently hit the road, knowing your back is covered every step of the way.

The warranty covers specific amounts, such as $5,000 or $1,250 per claim, with no deductible. However, repair costs are limited to the vehicle’s purchase price. For instance, if the vehicle costs $89,990, the maximum claimable amount is also $89,990.



Engine: engine block, crankshaft, meshing timing gears, oil pump, piston rings, crankshaft bearings, cylinders, wrist pins, camshaft, camshaft gears, connecting rods, internal bushings, balance shaft and bearings only $5,000
Transmission: internal lubricated parts of both manual and automatic transmissions $5,000
Differential: internal lubricated parts only $5,000
Cooling System: water pump (impeller, shaft bearings, and bushings), viscous coupling, cooling fan, and thermostat only $5,000

When Does It Start?

Your 5-Year National Warranty coverage begins the moment you pick up your motorhome. To ensure a smooth transition, you will receive all necessary paperwork via email a few days before your scheduled pick-up date. This gives you ample time to review the documents and address any queries or concerns you may have before your arrival. Whether you have questions before or during pick-up, our team is dedicated to ensuring a stress-free experience.

A contract will be issued between you (the buyers) and the National Warranty Company.


How Does It Work?

With National Warranty Company’s reliable support and our commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver the best service and support throughout our customers’ ownership journey.

In the rare event your motorhome encounters any issues post-purchase, your first point of contact will be directly with NWC. Their dedicated team is equipped to promptly address any concerns and provide the necessary support. You can contact them on 1800 888 760 or at warranty@nwc.com.au to arrange any necessary repairs to your vehicle. Once your claim is assessed and authorised, you’ll be directed to the nearest approved repairer. Then, once the claim is approved, your motorhome will be repaired, and the payment will be made directly to the approved repairer, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
