Camping beneficial for physical wellness

Research is showing how beneficial camping and being outdoors is for our physical wellness and wellbeing.

Not only does it get us back into nature with some fresh air and vitamin D, but it brings us closer to our family and friends.

Statistics show 53% of campers felt satisfied compared to 27% of non-campers.

56% of campers said they felt happy compared to 29% of non-campers.

Not only that, but camping brings a sense of appreciation for nature and the outdoors.

All of these factors are great for keeping well, both physically and mentally.

Being mentally happy is one of the largest factors to keeping physically well, and it’s vital to maintain your mental and physical state.
