- How to Make It: Combine all ingredients in a pot, making sure the pasta is submerged in water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked. Top with Parmesan and serve.

Tip: Toss in some macadamia nuts for extra crunch and an Aussie touch.
5. No-Cook Chickpea Salad

- Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed), 1 cucumber (diced), 1 tomato (diced), 1 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 lemon (juiced), salt & pepper to taste.
- How to Make It: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Add some grilled halloumi and a handful of chopped peanuts or green olives!

A rich and flavourful pasta dish made easy with pre-cooked lamb shoulder.
- Ingredients: 250g pre-cooked pulled lamb shoulder (from Coles), 250g pasta, 1 cup Tomato & Barossa Shiraz Gourmet Pasta Sauce, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- How to Make It: Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a pot, heat the tomato sauce with oregano and salt. Add the pre-cooked lamb and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix with pasta and serve.
Tip: Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of lemon zest for brightness.
7. One-Pan Garlic Butter Prawns
A seafood delight that’s quick to cook with minimal ingredients, perfect for an easy yet impressive meal.
- Ingredients: 250g prawns (peeled and deveined), 1.5 tablespoons butter, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 lemon (juiced), salt & pepper to taste.
- How to Make It: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Toss in the prawns, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and serve.
