Research is showing that camping is good for mental wellness and health.

This truly comes as no surprise.

Fresh air, vitamin D soaking up into your pores- what’s not to love?

An astounding 96% of campers said they believed camping can make you happier and 95% said camping is a great way to relieve stress.

Not only that, but 53% of campers said they felt satisfied in comparison to 27% of non-campers.

52% of campers said they felt optimistic in comparison to 28% of non-campers.

Lastly, 94% of campers said that they made happy memories while camping; and 94% said that camping recharged their mental batteries.

The results speak for themselves.
